1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Symmetrical Wolf website (https://www.symmetricalwolf.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Description
Symmetrical Wolf is a licensed home improvement contractor operating in the State of New Jersey. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Bathroom remodeling and renovation
- Kitchen remodeling and renovation
- Basement finishing and remodeling
- Tub-to-shower and shower-to-tub conversions
- Tile and flooring installation
- Countertop installation
- Painting and drywall services
- Deck construction and refinishing
- Commercial remodeling services
- General contracting
3. New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor Act Compliance
Symmetrical Wolf is registered with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs as a Home Improvement Contractor in compliance with the New Jersey Contractors' Registration Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-136 et seq.). We maintain all required licenses, insurance, and bonding as mandated by New Jersey law. Our NJ HIC registration information is available upon request.
4. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by Symmetrical Wolf are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of consultation and may be subject to change if the scope of work changes.
In accordance with New Jersey law (N.J.A.C. 13:45A-16.2), a written contract is required for all home improvement projects exceeding $500. The contract will include a detailed description of the work, materials, total cost, payment schedule, start and estimated completion dates, and all other terms required by New Jersey statute.
You have the right to cancel any home improvement contract within three business days of signing, as required by the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and FTC Cooling-Off Rule.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual project contract. Generally, projects require a deposit upon contract signing, with progress payments tied to project milestones and a final payment upon substantial completion. In compliance with New Jersey law, we do not collect more than one-third of the contract price as a deposit for home improvement projects, or the value of materials and work to be performed in the first phase, whichever is less.
We accept payment by check, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Any overdue balances may be subject to interest as permitted by New Jersey law.
6. Warranty
Symmetrical Wolf provides a workmanship warranty on all completed projects. The specific warranty terms and duration will be detailed in your project contract. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in labor and installation performed by our team.
Materials used in your project may carry separate manufacturer warranties. We will provide documentation for any applicable manufacturer warranties upon project completion. Our workmanship warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect, or issues arising from conditions beyond our control (such as settling, flooding, or acts of nature).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, Symmetrical Wolf's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under New Jersey law.
8. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Symmetrical Wolf and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
While we strive to keep website information accurate and up-to-date, we do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, or current. Photos of completed projects are representative of our work but individual results may vary based on project scope, materials selected, and site conditions.
9. Licensing and Insurance
Symmetrical Wolf maintains all required licenses and insurance as mandated by New Jersey law, including:
- New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) Registration
- General Liability Insurance
- Workers' Compensation Insurance

10. Dispute Resolution
We value our customers and will make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably. If a dispute arises related to our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal action arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Somerset County, New Jersey. Additionally, you may file a complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs if you believe a violation of consumer protection laws has occurred.
11. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Symmetrical Wolf, you agree to the following terms:
Program & Sender Identification
Symmetrical Wolf sends SMS messages related to your home remodeling project, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, project status notifications, and follow-up communications.
Messaging Disclosures
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from Symmetrical Wolf. Message frequency varies based on your project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Message Types
Messages may include: appointment reminders, project updates, scheduling confirmations, estimate follow-ups, and service-related notifications.
Opt-Out
